Theo Mseka is a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership experience across Digital Advertising, e-Commerce, and Online Marketplaces. He has a proven track record of increasing shareholder value through strategic vision, building high-performing organisations, and driving operational excellence in digital businesses. Theo brings deep expertise in steering companies through dynamic and complex market environments.

He is currently the CEO & Managing Director of AVIV Germany GmbH, which operates a portfolio of Germany’s leading real estate brands, with immowelt as its flagship platform. In this role, he drives innovation, growth, and digital transformation across the German property market, contributing to AVIV Group’s mission to build Europe’s leading real estate digital ecosystem.

Previously, Theo was CEO of Private Property, a leading property portal in South Africa, and Head of Marketplaces for the BetterHome Group. Before that, he served as CEO of hepsiemlak (formerly Hürriyet Emlak), Turkey’s largest real estate vertical classifieds platform, where he led a major platform transformation that reshaped the Turkish online property market. He also spent nine years as Chief Product Officer at Property24, an OLX Group and Naspers company, and earlier co-founded GoMedia, a South African digital design and development agency, and MyAgent, a property valuation and title deed search tool.
